Trish earned her Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Communications from the University of Kansas where she became a diehard Jayhawk basketball fan.  Rock Chalk!

A meticulous list-maker, who refuses to leave her desk until each item is crossed off, Trish is also known for her eclectic taste in music, listening to everything from Old School Rap to Hannah Montana.  Her colleagues appreciate her devotion to her customers, her kids, and the high piles of paperwork which adorn her desk.
